Went here with my son last Friday for dinner. We had the steamed pork and steamed beef and onion potstickers. They were fantastic! This was my second visit, and my sons first. He said he’s definitely going back.

We eat here a lot for lunch, and we love their chicken angelica soup (with goji berries in it – delicious, but the chicken pieces have bones, so watch out), and their won ton soup has the most delicate won tons I’ve ever had. Their menu is somewhat limited, and not good for vegetarians, but their pork and chive dumplings, pan-fried, are wonderful. You get 15 dumplings in each order, and one order of dumplings plus two small soups are enough for me and my husband. So not a great place for eating lots of different kinds of dumplings at one time, but great for freshness and flavor!! And nice people.

The good….The dumplings were outstanding especially the pork. Somewhat larger than at other places but juicy just right. The wrapping is not so thin that it breaks and not so thick that it is chewy and doughy. Dumplings can be ordered steamed or pan fried. Go for the steamed. There are many choices from simple like vegetables to the exotic. They are also made fresh.
The Bad….Parking!!! Very limited parking, only 6 spaces. Very steep and cramped. A no go for the mobility challenged. And the worst, to exit you must back out to the shoulder of very busy Greenwood Ave.
The Ugly….The building outside and inside is shabby. Inside feels dirty like it hasn’t had a good cleaning in years.
Service is OK but not welcoming. It took three tries to get the proper number of tea cups.

We went for first time to Little Tings for a family dinner last night. The veggie dumplings were very tasty, and fresh. The onion pancakes were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. They were so good, we ordered a second round. Griddle cooked chicken with carrots, mushrooms and potatoes was delicious. Highly recommended for an easy family meal. But go early on a weekend to avoid crowds.
